Bookings can only be cancelled through the website; (offline cancellations are not permitted)

 

The bookings made on HMM.Services’ Website/Webapp are subject to the following terms

 

If the booking is cancelled for any reason what-so-ever, including cases of voluntary cancellation by the User, the cancellation charges as mentioned below will apply.

45 days or more, prior of the service delivery date as agreed between service provider and customer on booking confirmation 

 0% Booking Amount

Between 44 and 31 days prior of the service delivery date as agreed between service provider and customer on booking confirmation

25% of Booking Amount

Between 30 and 15 days prior of the service delivery date as agreed between service provider and customer on booking confirmation

50% of Booking Amount

Between 14 and 8 days, prior of the service delivery date as agreed between service provider and customer on booking confirmation

75% of Booking Amount

Within 7days, prior of the service delivery date as agreed between service provider and customer on booking confirmation

100% of Booking Amount
