TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Vendor, Service-provider, Machine/taxi -owners/operators
1. ROLE OF HMM.Services
1. HMM.Services only provides a technology platform that connects intending user
with Vendor, Service-provider, Machine/taxi -owners/operators. It doesn’t
operate any Vendor, Service-provider, Machine/taxi -owners/operators or offer
the service of Construction to the User. HMM.Services also
doesn’t act as an agent of any Vendor, Service-provider, Machine/taxi
-owners/operators operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned
technology platform services.
2. The booking confirmation which HMM.Services issues to a
User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the Vendor,
Service-provider, Machine/taxi -owners/operators regarding the time
availability.
3. The amenities, services, fares, schedule, Machine type, time
availability and any other details pertaining to the Vendor, Service-provider,
Machine/taxi -owners/operators service are provided by the respective Vendor,
Service-provider, Machine/taxi -owners/operators and HMM.Services has
no control over such information provided by the operator.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF HMM.SERVICES
In its role as a technology
platform to facilitate transactions between the Vendor, Service-provider,
Machine/taxi -owners/operators and the Users, HMM.Services shall not be
responsible for the operations of the Vendor, Service-provider, Machine/taxi
-owners/operators operator including, but not limited to the following:
1. Timely departure or arrival of the Vendor, Service-provider,
Machine/taxi -owners/operators;
2. The conduct of Vendor, Service-provider, Machine/taxi -owners/operators
operator's employees, representatives or agents;
3. The condition of the Vendor, Service-provider, Machine/taxi
-owners/operators, job done etc. not being up to the customer's expectation or
as per the description provided by the Vendor, Service-provider, Machine/taxi
-owners/operators;
4. Cancellation of the booking due to any reasons;
5. Any losses or damages while doing job work of the customer;
3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USERS
1. Users are advised to call on the displayed number after booking to the Vendor,
Service-provider, Machine/taxi -owners/operators to find out the information which they may
need for the purpose of their job work.
2. At the time of job work initiation of the Vendor,
Service-provider, Machine/taxi -owners/operators, Users shall furnish all the
details step by step of the job work.
4. CANCELLATION OF Booking
1. Cancellation of booking can be done through the User’s login in the
HMM.Services’s website.
2. Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on
the e-booking.
5. RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING
1. Rescheduling (i.e., change of date of job work) of the booking can be
done through the User’s login in the HMM.Services’s website.
2. Rescheduling is an option provided only by selected Vendor,
Service-provider, Machine/taxi -owners/operators.
3. Rescheduling a booking is subject to charges as mentioned on the
e-booking. Fare difference, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
However, if the fare of the rescheduled e-booking is lower than the current
fare, the fare difference shall not be refunded.
4. Rescheduling a e-booking can be availed only once per booking, if
applicable. Once the travel date change option is availed, the e- booking
cannot be further cancelled.
5. E-bookings are non-transferrable for any other location the originally
booked location is only subjected to change of time and date.
